Please note: Exchanges may not be available depending on stock. We generally do not accept special orders or reservations.
Exchange conditions (all required):
Unused (no stains, damage, odor transfer, washing, or dry cleaning) / all original accessories included (hang tags, dust bag, box, etc.) / in the original packaging condition as delivered / order details can be confirmed
Eligible exchanges:
Exchanges are generally limited to the same item (e.g., color, pattern, size).
If there is a price difference, we can generally accommodate the exchange only when the requested item is of the same price or higher.
Shipping fees:
Shipping costs for exchanges due to customer reasons are the customer’s responsibility. We will provide instructions for the return shipment.
3. Defective Items / Wrong Shipment (Damage, Stains, Incorrect Item, etc.)
If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After confirmation, we will arrange an exchange. If an exchange item is not available, we may provide a refund as an exception. (We will provide return instructions.)

Final sale items / promotional items / personalized items (if applicable) / used items / items missing accessories or packaging / items with stains, damage, or odor transfer caused by the customer
