Return & Exchange Policy 

 

Thank you for your continued patronage of our online store. 

At Adam Lippes, we strive to deliver your precious items in the best possible condition and provide you with a safe and secure shopping experience. To achieve this, we would like to inform you of the following return and exchange policy. 

 

1. Returns 

We regret that we cannot accept returns or refunds for items purchased from our online store for reasons of customer convenience. 

(For example, the item is not as expected or you ordered the wrong item.) 

 

2. Exchanges (Customer Consequences) 

We will only accept exchanges if the following conditions are met, such as the item being unused and all accessories included. 

 

2-1. Exchange Acceptance Period 

Please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. 

*Exchanges may not be possible depending on stock availability (we do not accept backorders or pre-orders). 

 

2-2. Exchange Conditions (All Required) 

Unused (no stains, scratches, odor transfer, washing/cleaning, etc.) 

All accessories must be included (tag, dust bag, box, instruction manual, replacement parts, etc.) 

Original packaging (including box and materials) 

Order information (order number, etc.) must be available. 

 

2-3. Exchange Rules 

As a general rule, exchanges are limited to the same item (color, pattern, size, etc.). 

If the exchange items differ in price, we will generally accept exchanges as long as the price of the desired item is equal to or greater than the original. 

 

2-4. Shipping 

Shipping costs for exchanges due to customer reasons are the customer's responsibility. 

*We will contact you with return shipping instructions. 

 

3. Defective Products/Incorrect Delivery (Damaged/Stained/Wrong Product, etc.) 

If the product is damaged or soiled, or if you received a different product than the one you ordered, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. 

We will review the situation and offer an exchange. If a replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund as an exception. 

*In such cases, we will contact you separately regarding return shipping instructions. 

 

4. Items That Cannot Be Exchanged 

We regret that we cannot exchange the following items: 

 

- Final Sale/Promotional Items 

- Personalized (engraved, etc.) items (if applicable) 

- Used items or items missing accessories/packaging 

- Items that have become damaged, soiled, or have absorbed odors

*Delays may occur in some areas due to weather, traffic conditions, etc. 

 

3. Order Issues (Damage, Incorrect Delivery, etc.) 

If there are any issues with your order, such as damage or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (see "Defective Products/Incorrect Delivery" above).
